Porter Portal	Porter service is used for Hospital Porters as well as other service personnel (Housekeeping, Teaboy) using a button tag that is ideally fixed on Floor plan (Mapping platform). Once clicked, Nearest Asset automation trigger finds the nearest porter that the status is segment: available, and sends a message to assign tasks. Porter can Accept/Reject the task or no response (timeout parameter). If Accepted, then Porter has option to Complete the task from Porter portal.  Porter's response to a task (Accept/Reject/No Response/Complete) is passed to a new Automation trigger called: Asset Task Response which can handle those responses and act accordingly (send SMS/Email to manager, etc). Asset Missing Automation	If an Asset is not heard for a specific time (add timeout setting menu reference here?) in location (campus) then a message is triggered. This can be filtered based on segments and also with Custom condition using a Key/Value pair it is possible to filter by MAC or name.	"Asset Presence Aggregation" should be enabled.	Link to article
Asset Returned Automation	If a missing asset is back in the location (campus) this Automation is triggered. Segment and Custom condition filters can be applied	"Asset Presence Aggregation" should be enabled.	Link to article
Nearest Asset Automation	This is commonly used for Porter Service with the Porter segment to locate the nearest porter. It can also be used for other use cases to locate the nearest asset (IV Pump) if needed. It is triggered by Button press or can be different source (e.g.:Mobile App button) in the future. Room Occupancy	If the room (zone) where the PIR sensor is placed is occupied, this automation will trigger an alert. You can also monitor room occupancy on the Room Occupancy page. Mapping Platform – Starling Integration	This is needed to link Mapping Platform with Starling to reflect data on interactive new maps. We need to add the api_key and base_url informations to the .env file for both applications. Afterwards, on the Settings > Locations > Building > Floor, we need to select the Map Type as interactive. Sensor Telemetry Trigger (Battery / Humidity / Temperature / Button Click)	Using Sensors Telemetry trigger for sensor tags it is possible execute a task based on condition such as BLE Battery is low, Floor humidity is low, Room Temperature is less than 16C. It is possible to trigger external systems via HTTP request based on those conditions (e.g.: open a task in Facility Management system with issue and location information: Room 102 temperature is over 30C)	See Zendesk → BLE Gateway Compatibility Matrix	Link to article
Asset Presence Aggregation	This is a dependency for Asset Missing cases. It checks whether the asset is in the environment for the specified segment and minute. For assets that have disappeared from the environment, the Asset Missing automation is triggered, and for assets that have returned, the Asset Returned automation is triggered. Data Operators	To make it easy for data entry by Data Operators, we built flexible entry forms for different types of Data Operators. Example: Corporate Office Reception Visitor Entry, Corporate Personnel Entry, Hospital Asset Entry, Hospital Personnel Entry. Each of theese may require different fields. Tenant Admin/Support can build Data Entry Pfofile forms, and also create users with "Data Operator" user role to access to those pages	N/A	Link to article
