The Dashboard is the first page that can be seen right after logging into the Admin Panel. The widgets will be displayed in the Dashboard.
By default, the dashboard shows the data for all locations and if you want to check the data for any specific location, it can be selected from the location list on the top right of the page.
By default, the dashboard shows the data for the current date and if you want the data for a different date range then the date range can be changed at the date range selection on the top right of the page.
- Guest: Unique total number of people connected to the Wi-Fi system for the selected period
- New Guests: Numbers of guests enrolled in the Wi-Fi guest database for the first time
- Connections: Total number of connections for the selected period of time
- Total Download Traffic: Total amount of downloaded data by guests for the selected period of time
- Current Online Guests: Number of guests who are currently connected to the system
- Online Connections: Maximum total number of online visitors. Accumulated for a selected period
- Connections Per Day: The average number of Wi-Fi connections for the selected time period
- Impressions: Number of times Starling pre-login splash page is viewed. The reason that these metrics are higher than connections is that some people may not proceed with sign-in for many reasons/factors
- Gender, Age: Shows the percentage of users by gender and age
- Login Types: Types of login methods that guests used to connect to the system
- Device Vendor: Device usage further divided by the vendor
- Device Platforms: Device usage further divided by the operating system of the device
