1. Self Registration
Self registration enables guests to connect to the Guest Wi-Fi network by completing a registration form.
Available fields for self registration form are
- Full name
- Birthday
- Phone number
- Passport number
- Nationality
- Gender
- Three customized fields can be added (text or dropdown)
Self registration can be without validation or with the validation process with OTP via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Once the validation process is completed, guests are granted access to the Guest Wi-Fi network for a set period of time.
The information collected through self-registration can provide insights into user preferences and behavior, as well as be utilized for marketing purposes, such as sending targeted advertisements or promotional emails.
Below is an example of a registration form.
2. Login Form
With this method, guests are required to enter the access code provided to them into the login form. Once the access code is verified, the user is granted access to the Guest Wi-Fi network for a set period of time.
There are two types of access codes: shared and single-use. Shared access codes are useful for events, conferences, seminars, and other similar settings, whereas single-use access codes are specific to individual users.
Below is an example of an access code login.
3. Social Login
This is a feature that allows users to connect to the guest Wi-Fi using their social media accounts.
Available social login platforms are
- TikTok
- Microsoft
- Google (not working for Apple devices due to a restriction from Google)
- Yas ID (only for MyPass users)
With social login, users can simply click on the social media icon of their choice and log in using their existing social media account. This eliminates the need for users to create a separate login account for the Wi-Fi network, reducing the time and effort required to connect to the internet.
4. Hotel Login
This login option is specially for hotel customers.
This method of authentication requires integration with PMS (Property Management System).
With a hotel login using PMS on a free Wi-Fi pre-login page, guests can easily connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network by entering their room number and surname, or other designated login credentials provided by the hotel's front desk staff. This eliminates the need for guests to enter complex login credentials or passwords, providing a seamless and convenient experience for guests.
Below is an example of a hotel login form.
