Location Performance

Location Performance section is a summary of the collected data of Guests. The date range can be customized, and the page will load accordingly.

By default, the dashboard shows the data for all locations and if you want to check the data for any specific location, it can be selected from the location list on the top right of the page.

By default, the dashboard shows the data for the current date and if you want the data for a different date range then the date range can be changed at the date range selection on the top right of the page.

To view Location Performance analytics, select Analytics > Location Performance.

• Total Visits: Total number of Visits
• Repeat Visits (%): Visits more than once by the same Visitor in venue or venues under the same tenant during the selected period. Does not include Passerby visits
• New Guests Per Day: Number of new guests per day during a selected period
• Visitors: The number of distinct Visitors made a visit in the specified date period
• Average Visit Duration (Hrs): Average duration for qualified visits, excluding passer-by visits
• New Guests: The number of guests who registered and connected to the Internet first time in the specified date period
• Repeat Visitors: The number of visitors who visit the venue more than once during a selected period
• Connections: The number of Internet Sessions
• Connections Per Day: Average number of distinct connections per day
• Total Guests: Number of total guests connected during a selected period
• Concurrent Connections: The maximum number of simultaneous Internet connections/sessions in a venue or all venues under a tenant account
• Concurrent Guests: The maximum number of simultaneous (concurrent) Guests in a venue or all venues under a tenant account
• Connection Time Per Guest (Hrs): Average Wi-Fi connection time
• Male (%): Average number of male users compared to total number of users
• Female (%): Average number of female users compared to total number of users
• Unknown Gender (%): Average number of users without gender information compared to total number of users
• Smartphone (%): Average number of smartphone users compared to total number of users
• Desktop (%): Average number of desktop users compared to total number of users
• Tablet (%): Average number of tablet users compared to total number of users
• Total Download Traffic: Total download traffic
• Total Download Per Guest: Average amount of total download per guest
• Attraction Rate (%): Visits / (Total Passer by + Visits)
• Impressions: Total number of times pre-login splash page is viewed
• Impressions Per Day: Average number of distinct impressions per day
