Visits & Presence Analytics shows the information about visit trends and dwells time across the locations. This data is collected from your Wireless/IOT Location Engine service. Compatible Location Engine services detect both connected and non-connected Mobile device MAC Addresses and share this information with IPERA. IPERA utilizes this information to provide trends of visitors to your venue. It is important to note that Visits & Presence analytics data do not provide actual footfall in your venue, it rather provides trends.
- Attraction Rate (%): Shows the percentage of total footfall that made a visit at your location. It is calculated by dividing Visits by Total Footfall (Total Passerby + Visits) for the selected time period
- Visitors: The number of distinct Visitors made a visit in the specified date period
- Repeat Visits (%): Visits more than once by the same Visitor in venue or venues under the same tenant during the selected period. Does not include Passerby Visits
- Average Visit Durations (Hrs): Average duration for qualified visits, excluding Passerby Visits
- Total Footfall: Total number of visits (detected MAC addresses)
- Passerby Visits: Visits that lasts less than 15 mins (This time parameter can be changed under Settings > System Settings > Advanced > Location Analytics > Min. duration per visit)
- Visits: Visits that lasts more than 15 mins (This time parameter can be changed under Settings > System Settings > Advanced > Location Analytics > Min. duration per visit)
- Footfall By Time of Day: Footfall by the time of day
- Visit Duration Trends: Duration that a MAC address detected in the venue
- Visit Duration Dwell Time: Amount of time spent in a venue/zone
- Visit Density: Total visits of the specified period of time in accordance with the visit duration
- Floor Footfall Traffic: Percentage value of the total footfall per floor
- Visit Frequency: Number of times a Visitor seen in a venue or venues under the same tenant. Does not include Passerby Visits
- Visits by Nationality: Visit percentage according to the nationality of Guests
- Visits by Country of Residency: Visit percentage according to the country of residence of Guests
- Monthly Footfall: Location and zone-based footfall data by time of the day
- Footfall Trends: Footfall trends and campaign performance impact. Comparing footfall with the previous period (excluding Passerby Visits)
- Top Zones: This chart shows the total number of visits per zones
It is possible to exclude the employee data from those metrics. IPERA provides custom functions that monitor data and learns the behavior of visitors, where it captures employees either during non-working hours, or longer dwell for many days in a month. The learning period can take several weeks from the inception.
