Tenant Profile settings

Below the parameters that are configured at the Tenant Profile level that is applied to all Tenant Locations are listed.

It can be accessed to Tenant Profile settings from the top bar, by selecting the Tenant Profile section.

Tenant Profile

The parameters used in this page will be applied as default values on new Locations that are created in the system in the future. They can be changed at the Locations menu. Existing Locations parameters are not affected.

• Name: Name of the company/tenant
• Description: A few words describing the business 
• Address: Head-quarters address 
• City: Head-quarters city
• Post Code: Head-quarters post code
• State: Head-quarters state
• Country: Head-quarters country
• Pre-Login: Splash Page with login options
• Post-Login: Splash page after successful login
• Service Profile: Service policy that is applied to a Wi-Fi network
• SMS Provider: If there is an SMS gateway for one-time-password or Campaigns, it should be selected here
• Post-login URL: After successful login, the user device is redirected to this URL. If it is empty, then Post-login Splash Page that is selected above will be called. Usually, client promotions/offers URL on the customer's website (e.g.: https://www.sercocafe.com/offers). Some customers may want to redirect the clients to Facebook or Twitter. If this parameter is filled, then the Post-login splash page will not be displayed. This parameter overwrites the Post-login splash page

Email Credits

In case the customer purchases Email credits from IPERA, then those are managed from this section.

• Remaining Credits: Number of credits available to use
• Average Daily Usage: Average number of E-mail used in daily 
• Track Credits: Indicate whether Email tracking is enabled in the settings

Click on the “Install Credits” button to add Email credits.

SMS Credits

In case the customer purchases SMS credits from Starling, then those are managed from this section.

• Remaining Credits: Number of credits available to use
• Average Daily Usage: Average number of SMS used in daily 
• Track Credits: Indicate whether SMS tracking is enabled in the settings

Click on the “Install Credits” button to add SMS credits.

Define the number of SMS credits that need to be added and click on the “Add” button.

Granting access to this tenant to users who have been created or who have already been formed in other tenants.
