Heatmaps analytics shows the Footfall and Heatmap for the selected location and the day. This data is collected from the location analytics engine and the footfall and heatmap for the specific floor shows detected MAC addresses whether they are connected to Guest Wi-Fi or not.
To view Heatmaps analytics, select Analytics > Heatmaps.
To generate the report, change the date range selection on the top of the page. The MAC Address of the device can be provided in the MAC Address field to search for any specific device.
- Footfall: Shows mobile device MAC address locations on floor plan map for 15 minutes selected from the timeline. This data includes employees, staff, and visitors, and may also include static devices until the system learns and excludes them
- Heatmap: Shows heatmap and movement of mobile devices on floor plan map for 15 minutes selected from the timeline. This data includes employees, staff, and visitors, and may also include static devices until the system learns and excludes them
- Access Point: Shows the Access Points, if collected from external location engine service
- Zones: Shows the defined Zones & Points of Interests
- Total Visitors: Total number of the device MAC address for the selected day. This data includes employees, staff, and visitors, and may also include static devices until the system learns and excludes them
Color Indicator for Heatmaps
| Color | Explanation |
| Red | This color is utilized to signify the highest concentration of visitors, indicating the most crowded areas in the heatmap. These locations experience heavy foot traffic. |
| Yellow | This color is utilized to signify a high concentration of visitors, indicating the crowded areas in the heatmap. |
| Green | This color is utilized to signify a low concentration of visitors, indicating the less crowded areas in the heatmap. |
| Light Blue | This color is utilized to signify the lowest concentration of visitors, indicating the least crowded areas in the heatmap. |
