People Data provides an opportunity to build custom reports by combining guest demographics information along with the Wi-Fi platform data, guest activities, and guest interaction with the venue.
People Data has options such as filtering data, adding/removing columns, segmenting guests, and exporting the data.
To view people data reports, select Data > My Reports > New Report > People Data
Report filters can be added by clicking on the “Add a filter” button.
Select the column that filter needs to be applied.
Select the condition that that needs to be applied. Conditions are based on the selected filters.
Define the parameter that needs to filter.
Click on “Apply” button to apply the filter.
Click on the button to get the following options:
- Saved Reports: It redirects to the Saved Reports page
- Columns: To show or hide columns of the people data list
- Guest: These are the columns of Guest features (For more about the custom field, see Experience > Splash Pages)
- Guest: These are the columns of Guest features (For more about the custom field, see Experience > Splash Pages)
- Add/Remove Segment: To add or remove segments of people from the report
Select the segment (or press Enter to add a new segment to the list), and remove/add the segment

Auto Segment: To create/assign a segment to the people in the report to be saved
- Report Title: Name of the report
- Segment: Segment that assigned to the guest (manually or automatically)
- Action: Add or Remove the segment
- Run Interval: Run interval of the report to be saved
Click on the "Save" button to save the People Data report.
Reports can be saved as a new report by clicking on the “Save As” button after providing the Report Title. Click on the “Save” button to save the changes to the report if it already exists. If it does not exist, a new saved report will be generated.
This can be used to schedule the saved reports to be sent to specific email addresses frequently.
Reports can be exported by clicking on the “Export” button, in CSV or Excel file formats.
