Kiosk App & Wayfinding Content Guideline

This article provides you with guidance on the requirements for wayfinding updates.

01. Adding a new Brand

The kiosk UI The kiosk displays only the essential brand information and does not include brand logos, images, or descriptions.

To add a new brand to the system, please provide the following:

• Brand Name: In English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese
• Category: Which category the brand belongs to.
• Location:  Location can be provided by marking the position on the map

02. Adding a new Service

When adding a new service to the system, please provide the following two sets of materials:

01. Map Representation

• Style: White icon
• Dimensions: 512 × 512 pixels
• File format: PNG

02. Service Listing Page Representation

• Service Name: In English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese
• Style: Black icon
• Dimensions: 512 × 512 pixels
• File format: PNG
• Location – Location can be provided by marking the position on the map.

03. Adding a Screen Saver

When adding an image for the kiosk screen saver, please provide the following:

• Maximum file size: 2 MB per image
• Dimensions: 1120 × 1080 pixels
• File format: PNG

Scheduling Feature: Content in the Screensaver can be scheduled with defined dates, start and end times.
