1. Create the ad
Navigate Campaigns > Splash Ads
Click the “Create” button
- Title: Name of the Splash Ad

Type: Type of Splash Advertisement (Text/Image)
- Text: Text to be displayed as Splash Ad

Image: Image to be displayed as Splash Ad
- URL: Link to be redirected if the guest clicks on the Splash Ad
- Video: Video to be displayed as Splash Ad. If you upload a video splash ad, you cannot upload image or text until it expires

Method: The method that the Splash Ad visibility will be decided
- Time: Splash Ad will be visible for the defined date range in the Date
- Impression: Splash Ad will be visible until the number of impressions that defined in the Condition
- Clicks: Splash Ad will be visible until the number of clicks that defined in the Condition. For this, URL must be filled
- Status: Draft or Published
- Segments: Segments are to the addition of splash ads to distinct splash pages across multiple locations. However, if there's only one location and/or splash page, utilizing a single segment for all splash ads is sufficient for adding them to the splash page(s).
- Emails: To send notification emails when the splash ad expires
- Use Static URL: When enabled use static URL, Splash Ad will use static URL for showing image and it may slower than dynamic URL
Click "Save"
2. Insert segmented splash ad to the splash page
Navigate Experience > Splash Page
Click the splash page to edit to add the splash ad
Click the arrow at right
Click "Splash Ads" below
Select the segment that already applied to the splash ad
Click "Insert"
The final view:
Click "Save"
You may check the preview of the splash page from the "Preview" tab.
> For splash ads to be created in the future, USE THE SAME SEGMENT WHILE CREATING to make it live immediately.

Afterwards adding the same segment while creating the splash ad will be enough to make it live.
