End-users see popup browser on iOS and Android devices when connecting Guest Wi-Fi. Due to the limitation on popup browser, some advanced splash page layouts may not be viewed properly.
To disable/bypass automated popup CNA browser (Captive Network Access) for iOS devices, please add the following URL to the walled garden list (a.k.a. white list or ACL) on your WLAN Controller.
To disable/bypass automated sign-in popup browser for Android devices, please add the following URLs to the walled garden list (a.k.a. white list or ACL) on your WLAN Controller.
