Depending on the scope and packages included in this proposal, the following terms are applied for IPERA Starling Applications Suite
IPERA Guest WiFi Analytics & Indoor Tracking
- Unless specified in the BoQ, prices DO NOT include wireless network equipment, asset tracking tags or IOT tags
- Marketing campaigns management, splash ads management, report generation, monthly executive summary is part of Priority Support (see SLA)
- Configuration of Wireless Controller is done by experienced partner or customer engineer
- Installation, configuration and integration services as performed remotely unless specified in the proposal otherwise
- Support services are performed remotely only
- Hands-on 2-hours dashboard training for Marketing, IT and Operations team is included. Additional / advanced training services may require extra cost
- Licenses are activated on date of EULA delivery. For greenfield projects license activation is deferred 90 days from ordering date unless otherwise agreed
IPERA Mapping & Wayfinding
- Map content updates are NOT part of the Standard SLA. If needed, it can be purchased with Priority Support Add-on (see SLA)
- Support services is provided remotely. During support period, in case of any structural changes that requires BLE beacon replacement and re-calibration, additional service and travel costs may apply
- 2 days SDK Integration developer support is provided with Maps + Location package
- Hands-on 4-hours Maps content management training is included in the service
- Web SDK is available and can be integrated with websites and digital kiosks screens. An elegant digital kiosk template comes within the package. Any advanced customization requirements will need to be performed by the customer or partner web developers
