Communication Suite provides reports based on the reason why call was terminated. It also provides tools to generate alerts when a call was dropped unexpectedly. In some cases the internal resources (e.g.: Trunk channels) are over loaded or else there could be some issues with the PSTN line.
Through Reporting Center section it is possible to search calls based on Call Termination Cause Codes.
This feature is only available for customers implemented Cisco Unified Communication system BE6K, BE7K, or Enterprise Edition versions.
