Introduction
Location Performance (also called Venue Performance) provides a performance snapshot of end-user activities within your venues. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are used in this report to compare and benchmark between Locations
To access Location Performance select Reports > Location Performance
- Location: Location that needs to be included for comparison
- Time Range: Duration that performance needs to be compared
KPIs: Select the Key Performance Indicator to be included in the report
- New Guests: Users who connected to the system fist time
- New Guests Per Day: Number of new guests per day
- Max. Concurrent Connections: Maximum number of simultaneous (concurrent) connections within the same hour
- Connections: Total number of Wi-Fi connections / sessions
- Connections Per Day: Number of Wi-Fi connections / sessions per day
- Impressions: Number of splash page views
- Impressions Per Day: Number of splash page views per day
- Total Traffic: Total amount of data that consumed
- Total Traffic Per Guest: Average amount of data used by one guest
- Total Connection Time: Total amount of connection duration
- Connection Time Per Guest: Average amount of connection duration per user
- Unique Connections: Number of end-users (guests) who connected at least once
- Male: Number of male end-users
- Female: Number of female end-users
- Unknown Gender: Number of users without gender information
- Desktop: Number of desktop users
- Mobile: Number of mobile users
- Tablet: Number of tablet users
- Attraction Rate: Average number of presence that converted in to visit. Dwell time should be more than passer-by duration
- Unique Visitors: Actual number of visitors
- Repeat Visitors: Returned visitors
- Average Visit Duration: Average duration per visitor
- Total Visitors: Total number of visitors
In order to apply the selected criteria click on the search button after selecting the criteria.
Export
In order to export the report click on the button.
Reports can be exported to CSV or Excel format.
