Users Roles & Permissions

This article shows what are the user levels in IPERA Wi-Fi system and what are their roles and permissions.

Roles

To see the list of existing users, select Management > Users. It will list down the existing users in the system and shows what is the user role assigning to them. To create a new user click "+" on the right side of the page and assign the role accordingly while creating the new user.

Permissions

There are 3 different roles in IPERA Wi-Fi and each user role has different permissions as below.  

 Tenant Admin Permissions

  1. View the dashboard page. 
  2. Organization
  • Guest: View the “Guest” page and create new guest.
  • Locations: View the “Location” page and create new location or delete existing.
  • Devices: View the “Device” page and create new device, delete, Import, restore selected.

   3. Internet

  • Access Codes: View the “Access Codes” page and create new access code or export.
  • Splash Pages: View the “Splash Pages” page and create new splash page or delete.
  • Service Profile: View the “Service Profile” page and create new service profile or delete.

4. Engage

  • Splash Ads: View “Splash Ads” page and create new splash ads or delete.
  • Triggered Campaigns: View “Triggered Campaigns” page and create new campaign or delete.
  • Retaining Campaings: View “Retaining Campaigns” page and create new campaign or delete.

5. Reports

  • Guest List: View “Guest List” page and export.
  • Guest Session: View “Guest Sessions” page and export.
  • Guest Impressions: View “Guest Impressions” page and export.
  • Demographics: View “Demographics” page and export.
  • Connection Dwell Time: View “Connection Dwell Time” page and export.
  • Connection Frequency: View “Connection Frequency” page and export.
  • Trend Analysis: View “Trend Analysis” page and export.
  • Daily Activity: View “Daily Activity” page and export.
  • Device Usage Shares: View “Device Usage Shares” page and export.
  • Location & Presence: View “Location & Presence” page and export.

6. Management

  • Users: View “Users” page and create new user.
  • Settings: View “Setting” page and change settings.
  • SMS Providers: View “SMS Providers” page and create new SMS Provider.

  1. View the dashboard page.
